A winter pause

Come exactly as you are.

In the quiet of the Alps, winter invites a different pace. Snow, firelight, breath, sound, silence, conversation, laughter and nourishing food create space to hear yourself again.

You can take part, rest, be quiet, spend time alone or change your mind. There is no breakthrough to force and nothing you need to get right.

The retreat begins in the small things: warmth, food and care.

The retreat meets you where you are

What do you need more of?

Choose what you are drawn to. The retreat holds all three—and your answer can change from one hour to the next.

LESS INPUT. MORE SPACE.

Let your system soften.

Unhurried mornings, sound, breath and time in nature. Join in, opt out or disappear with a book. You will be warmly looked after, with nourishing food, quiet company and nothing to perform. Rest is part of the retreat, and it can make room for clearer thought, renewed energy and a stronger sense of what matters to you.

What we may explore

A spacious mix of evidence, embodiment and mystery.

The programme responds to the group and the weather. Every practice is invitational, with choice and care throughout.

A glimpse of our last retreat

Real moments, not a mood board.

Shared laughter, winter walks, sound, rest and food around the table. These photographs are from a previous retreat; the exact venue and programme may differ.

One possible day

A day that breathes.

This is a feel for the rhythm, not a rigid schedule. Choose a moment to see what it might hold.

08:00-ish

Wake slowly

Tea, quiet, a gentle practice if you want it, and breakfast when you are ready. Nobody is checking attendance.
